Architectural Engineering
We work directly with architects during the first stages of dreaming and conceptualization to ensure their vision is brought to life.
Unlike traditional civil engineers, Rose PE, with its architectural engineering background, is hands-on from preliminary design to final design, working to realize the goals and desires of architects and clients.
We create clear, code-compliant documents that are contractor-friendly and eliminate room for error. We use our construction experience to work through details from the designer's and contractor’s view. As Ludwig Meis van de Rohe said, “God is in the Details.”
We maintain an active role during construction to address questions quickly and facilitate field changes in the construction process, ensuring the project is completed as planned.
